Can we reserve a table in advance?
There’s no need to reserve a table. There are tables right outside the shop; seating is subject to availability
What is the Kashrut certification?
The bakery has a kashrut certificate from the rabbinate of Mitzpe Ramon. The raw ingredients are Mehadrin.
Are the dairy products Cholov Yisrael?
Yes
Can we collect our order before the appointed time?
Sometimes it’s possible to collect your order early. We can’t promise, but if needed, you can call and we will try to help.
Are there gluten-free products?
There are gluten-free salads, and soup in the winter. We also carry packaged gluten free crackers and cookies, subject to availability.
Is the shop accessible?

Is there a menu?
There is no menu, but the site shows most of the items sold in the shop.
Do you have birthday cakes?
We don’t carry birthday cakes, but we have round and festive tarts. (it’s best to check ahead if they are in stock.)
Are you open on Saturday?
We are shut on Shabbat and on Jewish holidays
What are the opening hours?
Sunday-Thursday: 08:00-19:00, Friday: 08:00-15:00
Do you have vegan products?
We have many vegan products. You’re invited come and see, or check on our site.
Do you have baked goods from sourdough?
All our breads are sourdough breads, made without yeast. Our various baked goods are made from yeast dough.
Do the breads contain sugar?
Most of the breads do not contain sugar. You can call or ask in the shop about specific items.
Do you deliver in the middle of the week?
