There’s no need to reserve a table. There are tables right outside the shop; seating is subject to availability
The bakery has a kashrut certificate from the rabbinate of Mitzpe Ramon. The raw ingredients are Mehadrin.

Sometimes it’s possible to collect your order early. We can’t promise, but if needed, you can call and we will try to help.
There are gluten-free salads, and soup in the winter. We also carry packaged gluten free crackers and cookies, subject to availability.

There is no menu, but the site shows most of the items sold in the shop.
We don’t carry birthday cakes, but we have round and festive tarts. (it’s best to check ahead if they are in stock.)
We are shut on Shabbat and on Jewish holidays

We have many vegan products. You’re invited come and see, or check on our site.
All our breads are sourdough breads, made without yeast. Our various baked goods are made from yeast dough.
Most of the breads do not contain sugar. You can call or ask in the shop about specific items.
